University of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1972. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1972. Member, Maryland State Bar Association; Allegany County Bar Association (president, 1993). Board of Directors, Lions Manor Nursing Home, 1978-83; Frostburg State University Foundation, 1978-87. Senior Lecturer, Frostburg State University, 1985-.
